Class Changes:
One class change per gymnast (where available) is permitted free of charge during each of the following time periods:

Each subsequent change (during the same time period) will be charged an administrative fee. Contact the office regarding class changes. Refer to the Fee section below for pricing.

Make-Up Classes:
No make-up classes are permitted.

Minimum Group Enrollment:
Pre-Competitive programs require a minimum of 3 gymnasts per group. If a class must be cancelled due to lack of enrollment, parents may switch to a different available class time or receive a full refund.

Age:
The pre-competitive program is for girls and boys from age 6 to17.
All athletes starting this program, must bring a copy of their birth certificate or passport to the office, within 10 weeks from the time the gymnast has been registered in the program.
Failure to bring a copy of the gymnast’s birth certificate or passport to the office within the 10-week period, will result in classes for the gymnast being discontinued.
Removal from the classes will result in a full or partial refund. There is an administrative fee charged when there is a full or partial refund issued by the club, for any circumstance. Refer to the Fee section below for pricing.
Classes will remain discontinued until a copy of the birth certificate or passport is received at the office.
The copy of their birth certificate or passport will be kept on file and is only required when gymnasts start this program.

Parent Viewing:
Parents are welcome to view all classes through the observation windows located in the hall running along the side wall of the gym.
Parents are not allowed to be past the wall with the handrails inside the gym area.

Meets:
In December, March and June there is an optional gymnast-friendly pre-competitive meet at the club. There is no per-event charge at the time of each meet.

Fee Information:
The fee for the program is based on 40 weeks of classes during the months of September to June. There are over 43 weeks in this time period. This is important to remember when the club is closed, or has to cancel a class, or when the gymnast needs to miss a few classes throughout the year. The club is always closed for a staff holiday break around the last week of June, and for a Christmas and New Year’s holiday break in December.

Fees:
The administrative fee is $50.00. This not a registration fee. Read all the information sections above to know what situations, or other unforeseen circumstances, this fee pertains to.

The service fee is $10.50 and is charged on every transaction. This is the cost of online registration and is subject to change at any time throughout the year.

The Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee is $25.00 and is charged once per gymnastics year (July 1 to June 30).

The Pre-Competitive Program Fee is $30.00 and is charged once per gymnastics year (September 1 to June 30). This helps to offset medal, ribbon and coaching costs for in-house meets.

The following fees are for 2-hour gymnastics practices, either 2 or 3 times per week:
4 hours per week = $213.00 per month
6 hours per week = $276.00 per month

The program runs from September 2019 to and including June 2020.

The program had to be set up as an online monthly subscription, because gymnasts are allowed to choose their practice days from the schedule.

At time of registration, the first month’s fee will be charged immediately, and the following month’s fees will be charged on the last day of the previous month.

Gymnasts can start at the beginning of any available month. Registration must be completed no later than 8:00 PM on the last day of the previous month.

Gymnasts are allowed to withdraw from the remainder of the program before the last day of the previous month, by cancelling their subscription.

Gymnasts are allowed to withdraw and rejoin (where available) during the same gymnastics year (September to and including June).
