Gymnasts must have been in the Woodstock Gym Club’s pre-competitive program previously for a minimum of 7 months, prior to joining the competitive program. Class Changes:
One class change per gymnast (where available) is permitted free of charge during each of the following time periods:

There are no refunds given for ordered uniform items.
Post a note on the competitive bulletin board if you have any uniform items you wish to sell. Include the item name, size, contact name and phone number.
Parent Viewing:
Parents are welcome to view all classes through the observation windows located in the hall running along the side wall of the gym.
Parents are not allowed to be past the wall with the handrails inside the gym area.
Meets:
There are only three optional invitational meets available for the competitive gymnasts to attend each gymnastics year. The optional invitational meets will be posted under the Merchandise Tab in Amilia by mid-September. 100% online meet registrations end on Monday September 30 at 8 pm.
Fee Information:
The fee for the program is based on 40 weeks of classes during the months of September to June. There are over 43 weeks in this time period. This is important to remember when the club is closed, or has to cancel a class, or when the gymnast needs to miss a few classes throughout the year. The club is always closed for a staff holiday break around the last week of June, and for a Christmas and New Year’s holiday break in December.
Fees:
The administrative fee is $50.00. This not a registration fee. Read all the information sections above to know what situations, or other unforeseen circumstances, this fee pertains to.
The service fee is $10.50 and is charged on every transaction. This is the cost of online registration and is subject to change at any time throughout the year.
The Gymnastics Ontario insurance fee is $25.00 and is charged once per gymnastics year (July 1 to June 30).
The Competitive Program Fee is $450.00 and is charged once per gymnastics year (September 1 to June 30). This will include the cost of the G.O. program fee and help offset travel and coaching costs for competitive meets. This does not include the individual meet registration fees.
The following fees are for 3-hour gymnastics practices, minimum of 2 times per week:
6 hours per week = $276.00 per month
9 hours per week = $346.00 per month
12 hours per week = $389.00 per month
15 hours per week = $455.00 per month
The program runs from September 2019 to and including June 2020.
The program had to be set up as an online monthly subscription, because gymnasts are allowed to choose their practice days from the schedule.
At time of registration, the first month’s fee will be charged immediately, and the following month’s fees will be charged on the last day of the previous month.
Gymnasts can start at the beginning of either September or October, as long as there is availability. Registration must be completed no later than 8:00 PM on the last day of the previous month.
Gymnasts are allowed to withdraw from the remainder of the program before the last day of the previous month, by cancelling their subscription.
Gymnasts are allowed to withdraw and rejoin (where available) during the same gymnastics year (September to and including June).
